1. GENERAL

The Client must provide clear requirements and references before work begins.The Client confirms they own or are authorized to use all provided references and designs.The Artist creates original artwork to the best of their ability and may use legally licensed resources.The Artist may decline commissions that are beyond their current skill level to ensure quality work.All project details (scope, price, deadline, deliverables) must be agreed upon before starting.

2. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

The Artist will not create content that is illegal, explicit, offensive, or outside their comfort zone.The Artist does NOT draw:
• Furry
• Elderly characters
• Mecha
• Muscular bodiesOther restricted content may include (but is not limited to):
NSFW, minors in sexual contexts, extreme gore, heavily copied styles, or sensitive themes.

3. TIMELINE & PROCESS

Estimated completion time: up to 2 months (if no specific deadline is requested).Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.The Artist will provide progress updates when necessary.Final files will be delivered digitally (VGen, Google Drive, or similar).If major delays occur, the Client will be informed and timeline adjustments may be discussed.Rush orders: +10%_30%.Refunds may be requested if the work is overdue by an unreasonable period with no agreed extension.

4. REVISIONS

Up to 3 free revisions after sketch approval.Minor detail edits are free.Major or excessive revisions may incur additional fees (5%-30%).Revisions may extend the timeline.

5. COMMUNICATION

Communication will be conducted via Discord or Twitter DM.Artist response time may vary depending on workload.If the Client does not respond for 7 days, the commission may be paused.If there is no response for 14 days, the Artist may consider the current stage approved or cancel the commission without refund.Harassment, spamming, or pressuring the Artist may result in commission cancellation.

6. RIGHTS & USAGE

Artist RightsThe Artist retains full copyright and ownership of the artwork.The Artist may display the work and WIPs in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials.Client Rights (Personal Use)The Client receives non-transferable rights for personal use only.Personal use includes profile pictures, banners, and non-monetized displays.Proper credit is required, including the Artist’s name and a direct link.The artwork may not be edited or modified, nor edited by a third party, without permission.Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with the Artist’s style.Commercial UseCommercial rights are NOT included unless stated otherwise.Commercial use includes monetized content, streaming, resale, merchandise, or branding.Commercial use fee: ×3 base price.Use of the artwork for AI, ML, NFTs, blockchain, or training datasets is strictly prohibited.

7. PAYMENT

Payment method: Paypal only.Payment: 50%–100% after sketch approval.Payment is required only after an invoice or payment request is sent.All payments are in USD.All commissions are digital products; no physical items will be shipped.Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

8. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

If the Artist cancels, a 100% refund will be issued.If the Client cancels, the refund will be based on the current progress percentage.No refunds once the artwork is completed.The Artist is not responsible for delays caused by illness, emergencies, or force majeure; timelines may be adjusted fairly.
